How do the spread of diseases that depend on nouns differ from spread of diseases from person-to-person contact?

This was from a Simulation of Disease Transmission lab. Not sure what you're looking for besides the palpable..
Airborne spread is much faster than person-to-person. For a person-to-person disease, the infected person have to come in physical contact next to someone else to spread the disease. For airborne transmission, the infected creature just requirements to have be in impossible to tell apart room.
