How do drug companies pick a drug's given name,and,why are they so rugged to pronounce?

Not sure how they pick the final name, but their prescribed name is base and mandated on a nomenclature system, IUPAC. It get very complicated surrounded by large molecules, but roughly provides an order and christen for which to name the foundation molecule and all other functional groups.
They get this deal on excess letters, but they have lots of "Z"s "J"s and "Q"s, so these enarly unpronouncible names.
"Could I own Hrftuqjilkz?"
Because they are stoned when they name them..
you own generic names and brand name, these are usually named after the chemical compound but abbreviated.
it make sales much more easier.
A maximum of two years back they change the mark. It`s the trick of the trade .
