Contrary to popular belief, your school doesn't lock down and cuff up the doors in the summer. dance there during a average day's hours, and there should be someone within the office. If not, the town/city lecture hall will have a place to point you surrounded by the right direction.

Just to add to Pyro's response, lots schools and districts will operate on reduced hours during the summer. For example, my conservatory is open during average business hours Monday through Thursday and is closed on Friday.
You may want to call ahead and see what hours your college (or district office) is open.
