how do i write a experimental review chapter?

I need to write a chapter on cervical cancer, HPV, epidemiology and disease progression for a adjectives textbook. i am a novice at this and any warning is welcome. I am somewhat of a initiate myself, but here are some basics.
1) Make an outline of the key points you want to make. Start of near basic topics and after add finer and finer points to respectively point of the outline. If you know your topic well, you shouldn't hold to look at too much in the method of journal articles all the same. Just write what you know and worry roughly speaking references subsequent. And don't worry too much more or less factuality. Things can always be changed then.
2) Go on medline and gather together articles that own done research on *all* of the points you have mentioned. Along the bearing, you may also find from reading the papers that you have secondary points that you might want to add. Be wise with this, though, because you might obtain bogged down with minutia that aren't pertinent to the topic. Which lead us to
3) Give the chapter to the editor of the and see what they think nearly it's content, relevance, etc. They asked you to write a book chapter for them. They must trust your knowledge of the topic that much. Let them know, though, that you are a bit shaky on the writing bit of it. They should understand and be capable of give you some pointers. Don't stir to them until you have at lowest possible a working draft, though. They might decide that since you want them to write the chapter for you, that their pet name should be on it too. ;-)
